Yes! This space is a corner unit so you’ll have tremendous visibility with glass on both Melvin and Water Street.

At the time of delivery, you will have +10 feet of clearance.
As a corner lot, you’ll actually have the opportunity to place signage on both the Melvin St and Water St sides of the structure. Of course, signage must be approved by the Town of Wakefield and align with the design of the property.
This depends on your needs or your use. The space can be delivered with or without a concrete floor in place. But it will be delivered unfinished so you can add your final flooring.
We will provide the heating and cooling unit at the roof, and bring down the main trunk to the space. Based on your interior design, you will then customize the layout of your heating and cooling to your space, to meet your needs. We can also help with this if you need us to.
The Town of Wakefield does provide gas service for business uses. Our preference would be keep The Parkside free of fossil fuels, but if you absolutely need natural gas, it is available.
We have abundant parking in close proximity and we are adjacent to Nasella Park.
Your space will also come with at least 1 dedicated parking spot in our on-site parking lot.
